One of the major problems in the Salon and Spa business is running out of hot water. During busy times there is a large demand for hot water and when using a storage tank water heater, salons can run out of hot water. The recovery time to reheat the water is very inconvenient for the business and the customer.

 

One option is to overheat the water and mix it with cold water to extend the limited capacity of the tank. This increases the cost of energy, is inefficient and still may not solve the problem.

 

Another option is to install a second tank heater which takes up valuable space and increases cost even more.
